Is Speak Asia Scam or Not Scam?

My Question To All -

• Why Would Any Company SHOUT and TELL Everyone and Everywhere that they are there and collecting money from people if they have to run away with that money? 
• Wont they be doing this silently like so many other companies have done?
• Why would they spent want to spend 200 Crores in advertisements if they have to run away.
• Why have they paid a service tax of 52 Crores if they have to run away?
